It has come to our attention that a third party by the name of “Al Qaiz Corporation” has copied and/or adopted significant portions of our website without our permission. This creates the wrong impression that the Al Qaiz Corporation may be providing products and services similar or related to the Cyclect Group.
This website belongs to and displays information about the goods and services provided by Cyclect Holdings Pte Ltd and/or any of its subsidiaries. The Cyclect Group has proprietary intellectual property rights to the same including all write up, format, trade marks and logos.
We wish to state and clarify that the Al Qaiz Corporation does not have any affiliation or connection with the Cyclect Group, present or future. In particular, the Al Qiaz Corporation is not authorised to represent, trade in our products and services or use any trade marks belonging to the Cyclect Group. We also wish to include Zad Solution and Kernel Groups (which are mentioned in their website) as names that we are not affiliated with.
The Cyclect Group wishes to put on notice that it will not hesitate to take action against any third party using its IPR without its consent, licence or authorisation.
