CHEMICRETE AWARDED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT BY AGC
Cyclect’s subsidiary will implement Computerised Facilities Management Solutions

Chemicrete, the Facility Management (FM) subsidiary of Cyclect, has been awarded the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) maintenance contract by the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC). The team was selected from a group of FM service providers, shortlisted by the AGC.
The five-year contract includes mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, and stewarding services. Chemicrete intends to implement its Smart Facilities Management solutions to increase its efficiency. These solutions include digital job reporting, 3D-scanner technologies and the Internet of Things (IOT), which are embedded with electronic software sensors and connectivity, to enable data exchanges.
To align itself with Singapore’s smart nation initiatives, the company wants to bring its depth of its IFM experience to new clients and increase value-added services through digital innovation.
